Parade of India is a colorful and unifying celebration featuring Bollywood dance
performances, a spirited parade, and traditional Dhol music.
The event is open to public and welcomes all to join in this joyous occasion of cultural pride and community togetherness.

We are proud to share that this marks the 11th year of celebrating the Parade of India at the Texas State Capitol, a tradition that brings together the Indian-American community to honor India’s legacy of independence and its vibrant culture.

This special performance will take place Saturday, August 9th from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm, on the south steps and Monsoon's Dance Recital will be inside the Capitol Rotunda, in honor of India’s Independence Day.
